Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 4 rotational offs per month

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms.

Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and product updates.

Process and track online orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Coordinate with customers regarding order status, product details, delivery, and other queries.

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.

Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely order deliveries.





Monitor order fulfilment and ensure smooth end-to-end order processing.

Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, returns, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams for stock availability and dispatches.

Assist in updating website/catalogue content and promotional offers.

Monitor customer feedback and highlight recurring issues to the concerned team.

Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to orders, sales, returns, and customer queries.

Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience across all online channels.Role & responsibilities
