Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience in building scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, Django, REST APIs, and RAG-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Design and implement RAG-based AI/LLM solutions.
Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and document processing pipelines.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with AI, product, and frontend teams.
Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills
Robust Python programming skills.
Experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
Experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (preferred).
Knowledge of JWT/OAuth authentication.




Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Understanding of LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).

Positive to Have
Streamlit, Gradio, Django Templates, or basic React knowledge.
CI/CD pipelines and microservices experience.
Agile/Scrum exposure.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional Python backend development experience.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Profile
Experience building AI-powered applications using RAG and LLMs.
Ability to independently manage backend development lifecycle.
Passion for clean code, scalability, and emerging AI technologies.
