Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Finance and revenue recognition processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP RAR solutions to ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end revenue recognition solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP RAR implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP RAR solutions.
Configure SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting processes, including:
Revenue Contracts
Performance Obligations (POB)
Revenue Allocation
Revenue Recognition
Contract Modifications
Integrate SAP RAR with SAP SD, FI-CA, BRIM, S/4HANA, and other source applications.
Design and execute functional specifications, test scenarios, and UAT support.




Support month-end and year-end revenue accounting processes.
Analyze and resolve production issues related to revenue recognition and accounting postings.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.

Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP FICO with hands-on experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles, IFRS 15, and ASC 606.
Experience integrating SAP RAR with:
SAP SD
SAP BRIM
SAP FI-CA
SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
SAP COPA
Solid understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to create functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
