You will drive outreach and lead generation for a SaaS product in digital accessibility and content inclusion, a platform that helps organizations make archived and legacy digital content accessible to every user. You are the first touchpoint in the sales process: you identify potential customers in the US market, start real conversations and hand qualified meetings to sales leadership. The desk is onsite at our Noida center on a 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift matched to US hours, with cab drop provided.

What you will do
Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from accessible content solutions.
Schedule and manage discovery calls and product demos for the senior sales team.
Build a explicit command of the product so you can communicate its value with confidence.
Keep outreach activity and lead status accurate in the CRM, and refine messaging with the internal team.
Research the market to find recent prospects, tailor your communication, and consistently hit lead generation and appointment targets.

What we are looking for
A minimum of 2 years in B2B sales,



presales or lead generation.
Proven experience with appointment setting, including cold calling and cold emailing US-based prospects.
Solid communication skills and the ability to articulate product value with confidence.
Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools.
A proactive, persistent and goal-oriented approach to targets.

Nice to have
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques.
Exposure to SaaS or technology sales.
