Sales & Operations Lead - Luxury automobile dealership

Location: New Delhi
Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualified qualification
Experience: 14+ years in the automotive industry, including 6+ years in luxury dealership operations, with strong Sales experience. Luxury automobile dealership experience preferred.

Role Overview

Lead the overall sales, operations, customer experience, and profitability of the dealership, driving business growth across recent/used vehicles, after-sales, parts, accessories, finance, and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth, revenue, profitability, and overall P&L; across all dealership verticals.
Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance KPIs.
Lead recent, used, luxury, fleet/corporate, and certified pre-owned sales.




Strengthen HNI/UHNI and corporate customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Ensure premium customer experience, service quality, workshop performance, and after-sales profitability.
Drive parts, accessories, finance, insurance, and value-added business growth.
Ensure strong OEM alignment, compliance, operational excellence, and brand standards.
Lead marketing initiatives, market intelligence, digital sales, CRM, events, and customer engagement.
Promote EV adoption and green mobility initiatives.
Build and lead high-performing sales, service, and support teams, with a strong focus on talent development and performance culture.
