Job Summary

VTech Solution is seeking a motivated and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market and possess strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management skills. This role requires working closely with clients and candidates to fulfill healthcare staffing requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit healthcare specialists for contract, contract-to-hire, and full time opportunities in the US.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, ATS, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Negotiate compensation rates and complete candidate onboarding processes.




Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment procedures.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Positive understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry and healthcare roles.
Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of healthcare certifications, licenses, and credentialing processes.
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
