Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Area Technical Manager - Home Loans to oversee technical evaluations and property assessments for home loan applications in the Alappuzha region. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in property valuation, site inspections, technical due diligence, and mortgage-related risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical appraisal and valuation of residential and commercial properties for housing loan proposals.
Perform site visits and inspections to verify property details and construction quality.
Prepare accurate technical evaluation and valuation reports.
Assess collateral risks and ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Verify construction progress and property documentation from a technical perspective.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain quality standards and turnaround times for technical assessments.
Monitor local real estate market trends and property values.

Candidate Profile




B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Home Loan Technical Evaluation, Property Valuation, or Mortgage Lending.
Strong understanding of property assessment, construction practices, and valuation methodologies.
Knowledge of housing finance regulations and technical risk evaluation.
Positive communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned area for property inspections.
