Responsibilities

Technical Development
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Write clean, effective, and maintainable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
Participate in technical design discussions.
Stay updated with relevant technologies and tools.

Quality Assurance
Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
Follow established coding standards and development processes.
Participate in peer code reviews.

Collaboration
Work closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide accurate effort estimates and meet assigned deadlines.
Support junior developers through technical guidance when required.

Qualifications Educational Background
BE in IT,



MCA, or equivalent.

Experience
34 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.

Technical Skills
Solid experience in ASP.NET MVC 4.5 and above
Experience with .NET Core
Proficiency in MS SQL Server
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
Familiarity with React, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus

Soft Skills
Good communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
