Key Responsibilities:
Workday recruitment module to release offer letters, changes to the offers etc and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
Conduct recruitment audits to ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain a thorough understanding of recruitment compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to external and internal regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and implement effective strategies.
Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to help shape future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Workday recruitment module
Proven track record in managing recruitment audits and compliance.
Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic setting.
