Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
Ensure to do the entire business in Advance Cash model.
Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
Timely distribution of Floating Fish Feed, Feed Supplements.
Effective control & minimize the damages.
Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
Preferred candidate profile
Responsible to complete sales and Marketing of Fish Feed, Feed Supplements & Additives in the given region by ensuring sales guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.
