The Production Manager shall be responsible for achieving the plant's production targets through effective management of Man, Machine, Material and Method, while ensuring the required standards of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Candidates with hands-on exposure to one or more of the following will be preferred:
CNC Turning / Sliding Head CNC
Grinding
Gear Hobbing / Gear Cutting
Rack Rolling / Spline Rolling
Forging and related secondary operations
Automotive shafts, gears and powertrain components
High-volume automotive component manufacturing
IATF 16949 manufacturing setting
Lean Manufacturing / TPM / OEE improvement.
