Role & responsibilities
Acquire recent SME/MSME customers for Working Capital and Business Banking products.
Source and manage Working Capital facilities such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD),
Term Loan, LAP, Bank Guarantee (BG), Letter of Credit (LC), and Trade Finance.
Build and maintain relationships with SME clients, CAs, DSAs, channel partners, and
business associations.
Generate quality leads through field sales, referrals, and market mapping.
Assess customer requirements and coordinate with the credit team for smooth loan
processing.
Achieve monthly disbursement, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
Manage the existing customer portfolio, ensuring renewals, utilization, and delinquency
control.
Conduct financial analysis of customers and collect required documentation.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with bank policies.
