Real Estate Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property visits, coordinating with customers, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
Understand clients property requirements and suggest suitable options.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant information.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, developers, and other stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on property inventory, market trends,



competitor projects, and pricing.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related field preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
