Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercials skilled with solid exposure to Solar EPC tendering, bid management, techno-commercial proposals, cost estimation and commercial evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end tendering and bid management for utility-scale solar EPC projects.
Review tender documents, RFPs, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
Prepare and validate techno-commercial proposals, bid documents and presentations.
Develop bid strategies and provide inputs for cost estimation and competitive pricing.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Execution teams for proposal preparation.
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations for technical compliance and commercial viability.
Assess contractual and commercial risks and support negotiations.
Coordinate with customers/consultants during pre-bid meetings, clarifications and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, applicable regulations, taxes and duties.
Maintain bid/proposal databases, MIS, cost benchmarks and vendor performance records.
