Screen and qualify prospective candidates
Become the expert on where and how to attract top talent
Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within the set TAT.
Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explaining the JD to candidates will be continuous activities.
Incorporating current and creative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
Managing MIS / Database. - Input, update and maintain, recruitment data and records using applicant tracking systems.
