Job Description:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates.
Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn IT recruitment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
