Position: Payroll & HRIS Specialist
Experience: 24 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Handle payroll management, costing/pricing, and related documentation.
Manage and maintain HRIS and payroll systems, including employee data and records.
Review payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, salary changes, deductions, and other payroll components.
Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors as required.
Support payroll reporting, compliance, and employee payroll queries.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll and employee information.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
Valuable knowledge of payroll processes and calculations.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
Understanding of payroll costing/pricing and vendor coordination.
Valuable Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
US payroll exposure or experience working with a US-based company is preferred.
