Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, understand their interior and furniture requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and understand their furniture and interior requirements.
Meet customers and provide suitable furniture and interior solutions based on their needs and budget.
Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, calls, references and other channels.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to understand project requirements and provide accurate information to customers.
Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales.




Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on furniture products, materials, finishes, pricing and interior trends.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Business Administration or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in furniture, modular kitchen, interiors, home dcor or related sales.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Target-oriented and confident in closing sales.
Basic knowledge of interior design, furniture materials and finishes will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/lead management tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in interior sales, furniture sales, modular kitchens, wardrobes, home dcor or residential interior projects will be preferred.
