• Maintain compliance records.

• Handle PF/ESIC portals.

• Manage contractor compliance.

• Support audits & inspections.

• Prepare MIS & Reports .

Required Candidate profile

We are seeking an HR Compliance Executive with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience to manage statutory compliance, employee records, PF, ESIC, labour laws and related HR documentation.
