Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Supervise daily site activities, including construction, fit-outs, interior, and furniture/lighting installation.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary contact for contractors, carpenters, electricians, glass vendors, and signage teams.
Project Timelines & Budget: Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, reporting progress to management.
Quality Control: Ensure high-quality finishes in compliance with brand guidelines and safety standards.
Logistics & Inventory: Manage material procurement, delivery, and inventory at the site.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including handover documents and, in some cases, P&L; management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1–5+ years in retail projects,



site management, or construction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (MS Project, )
Communication: Robust interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle in office challenges and logistical hurdles efficiently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design is often preferred.
