Job Title: B2B Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive on-ground marketing activities and expand our market presence. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field, engaging with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market visits (80%) to dealers, distributors, printers, publishers, and other key stakeholders.

• Promote company products including various grades of paper (printing paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, etc.).

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

• Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals.

• Monitor stock availability at dealer points and ensure proper product visibility.





• Prepare and submit daily/weekly field reports and feedback.

• Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.

Requirements:

• Graduate from any stream. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing.

• Open to travel extensively (80% field work is mandatory.)

• Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel/PPT.

• Valid Driving License.

• Own conveyance is must.
