Description:
Recent tender identification from sources (like GEM, Ariba and other Govt portals and private portals).searching current tenders, screening tender documents, and analysing the eligibility to participate the tenders.Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria sharing it with management.Prepare Pre-Bid queries and attend the pre bid meeting online and offline mode,



if required.Tender Analysis and Preparation of Technical and Commercial End to End Documentation related to PRE and POST Tender Requirements.Uploading the tender documents online and final submission tender and maintain records in the systems.Daily checking for Corrigendum and clarification of tender under evaluations and preparations.To complete registrations with all government customers and portals.Prepare daily and weekly tender reports.Coordinating with accounts departments for preparation of EMD, Bank Guarantee.follow for refund of EMD, BG to submit online/offline tenders with complete documentations.Participating in Reverse Auction on behalf of company.Vendor Registration.
