Responsibilities
Enter beneficiary and project data accurately into the MIS portal.
Verify and validate beneficiary document proof and information before data entry.
Maintain document proofs and update beneficiary records as per project guidelines.
Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies with field teams.
Maintain digital records, document and proof on Google Drive and project documentation.
Coordinate with on ground Project team, Trainers, Mobilizer and be present during the training sessions to make the data entry and uploading of the proof
Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with project SOPs.
Display the data entry and uploading progress through dashboard.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer proficiency with positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Very Positive typing speed with high accuracy and data uploading on portals
Open to travel with team for on ground session
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work within timelines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
