Position: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional with strong manufacturing industry exposure to manage financial operations, MIS, budgeting, analysis and accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the manufacturing unit.
Prepare and analyse MIS, financial reports and management dashboards.
Handle budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
Analyse costs and identify prospects for cost control and optimization.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial,



statutory and accounting requirements.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial and management reports.

Eligibility:

Robust MS Excel and ERP/SAP knowledge.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work from Jodhpur.
