About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development Executive / US Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential US-based clients, introducing technology solutions, understanding their business requirements, generating qualified leads, and creating sales opportunities for the Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a neutral/US accent, solid interpersonal skills, and prior experience in international/US cold calling or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Make 100–120 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients in the US market.
Connect with relevant decision-makers and potential business prospects.
Introduce technology solutions and identify potential business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development/Sales team.
Conduct skilled conversations with prospects and build strong rapport.




Handle objections, queries, and initial concerns effectively.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate call records, lead information, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
6 Months – 5 Years of experience in International Calling, US Voice Process, Cold Calling, Telecalling, or Lead Generation.
Prior experience working with the US market is highly preferred.
Neutral/US accent with explicit pronunciation.
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
Comfortable working in US night-shift timings.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience in US B2B cold calling, IT services, software sales, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
