Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in recruitment/TA.
Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring preferred.
Solid communication and candidate-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
Having Experience with Client Acquisition or Business development preferred.
