Fresher: 15,000 per month
Experienced: 20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain customer information and daily calling reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Business Development will be preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
