Role & responsibilities
Monitor and ensure quality compliance throughout the Optical Fiber manufacturing process.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections as per defined specifications and standards.
Perform and monitor various Optical Fiber testing and measurement activities.
Identify process deviations, defects, and quality issues and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for corrective actions.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Standards, and Control Plans.
Analyze quality-related data and identify recurring defects or process abnormalities.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and other problem-solving activities.




Monitor process parameters and ensure they remain within defined specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and other functions to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper handling, identification, traceability, and inspection of raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and other quality-related activities.
Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, quality, and manufacturing discipline within the plant.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, defects, rework, and customer complaints.
