Hiring: Auto Showroom Supervisor

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years
Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day showroom operations.
Manage and coordinate showroom staff.
Ensure proper vehicle display, cleanliness, and showroom discipline.
Assist customers with basic queries and coordinate with the sales team.
Monitor vehicle stock, records, and showroom activities.
Coordinate with the service and maintenance team when required.
Ensure smooth customer handling and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain daily reports and update management on showroom activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.




RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Supervisor.
Experience in an automobile showroom or automotive industry is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage staff and coordinate daily showroom activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Responsible, organized, and able to handle day-to-day operations independently.
