Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), general ledger maintenance, and daily cash flow entries.
Automobile Dealership/Inventory Accounting: Handle GST/tax reconciliation for automobile sales, and workshop job-card billing audits.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and floor-plan financing reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely processing and filing of GST, TDS, qualified tax, and other statutory compliances specific to the automotive sector.
Financial Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly profit and loss (P&L;) statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
Auditing Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth financial and stock audits.
