1.Experience in Qualifying electrical components Temperature sensors, actuators, solenoids, motors, Drives, batteries, Contactors and knowledge of Analog circuits,Protection circuits, Controller hardware.
2.Capable of developing and executing test plans, interpreting test data, and developing and driving relevant corrective measures where necessary.
3.Previous experience in Current Product Development (NPD) process, DFMEA, 6 Sigma
4.Apply systematic problem-solving skills and investigate product Quality and Reliability issues to find root cause and permanent corrective action design change recommendations.
5.Project management skills, Gate , IDR process.
6.Capablity to develop system architecture and hook-up diagrams
7.Knowledge in PLM and Windchill is an advantage
8.Modelling and simulation would be advantage.
