To perform day-to-day production activities, maintain inventory of raw material, finished goods & maintenance of equipments.
Supportive role in the operation and preventive maintainance of fermenters, formulation & bottle /pouch packing.
Data collection, recording & submision for analysis & rectification if any.
Monitor process controls as per the (standardised ) scheduled time & frequency.
Conduct CIP , SIP , Media sterilization and implement hygiene practices at the unit.
Maintain records of breakdowns, trouble shoots & preventive action taken
