About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team for Lenskart.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales, revenue, and customer experience.
Manage daily store operations and ensure process compliance.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
Track and achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
Handle customer relationships and resolve escalations.
Analyse store performance and implement action plans for improvement.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Retail Store Management.
Experience in premium/lifestyle/optical retail preferred.
Solid team-handling and sales management skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to work in a target-driven retail workplace.
