Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned retailers and distributors.
Promote and sell company products.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate new leads and onboard new retailers/distributors.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned area.
Sales experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication can also apply.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if required).
Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp reporting.
Salary & Advantages:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
