Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly hiring updates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely closures and support bulk hiring requirements.
Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
