Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for Micro Finance and LAP products.
Promote and sell Micro Finance, LAP, Business Loan, and related financial products.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Meet assigned sales and collection targets.
Conduct field visits for customer acquisition, collections, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and customer servicing.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers interested in field sales can apply.
Male candidate preferred
Experience in Micro Finance, MFI, LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, Business Loan, MSME Loan, Collections, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, Financial Services is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to work in field sales.
