Job Description About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Financial Reporting to support accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the organisation. The role will work closely with finance, business, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust reporting, compliance, and financial controls.
What You'll Do
Support month-end closure activities, post journal entries in accounting software and perform reasonableness checks on Trial Balance (TB) accounts; highlight and resolve unusual balances or movements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requirements.
Perform end-to-end loan and deposit reconciliations.
Support internal and external audit assignments.
Provide accurate data and supporting schedules for regulatory returns





What You'll Need
4–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, accounting, or finance operations. Experience in banking, fintech, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
Positive knowledge of Ind AS/Indian GAAP and familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
