Job Description The role involves developing relationships with Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and other professionals to generate qualified client referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage skilled referral partnerships.
Prospect through cold calling, references, networking and market visits.
Develop relationships with CAs, Lawyers and business professionals.
Generate qualified client referrals and current business opportunities.
Organise financial planning/wealth management seminars and networking events.
Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up and conversion.

What We're Looking For
Candidates with prior Insurance Agency Channel experience, preferably:
Agency Manager
Agency Development Manager
Agency Sales Manager
Agency Channel Business Development roles

Must have: Experience in agent/advisor recruitment, cold calling, networking and relationship building.
