Profile: OTC Order Management and Cash Application

Major Responsibilities: -

To manage effectively designated team work-flow to achieve SLA and Targets
/n
Excellent communication
/n
Input & Process Orders & Returns, including complex orders
/n
Validation of Orders and Pricing
/n
Management of relevant customer details
/n
Manual set up of contracts/machine exchanges/own use machines/etc.
/n
Handling of queries for the owned area of responsibility
/n
Working with cross functional teams in Country
/n




To ensure compliance with work instructions and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
/n
To escalate in a timely and qualified manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets
/n
To respond and action in a timely skilled manner any escalations received
/n

/n
