What You'll Do:

Roles & Responsibilities

/n

/n
Manage hospital branding across all touchpoints including signage, brochures, standees, hoardings, and in-hospital communication materials in line with brand and NABH guidelines.
/n
Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to enhance brand visibility and consistency.
/n
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, printers,



and vendors for branding deliverables and campaign execution.
/n
Support marketing campaigns, health camps, specialty promotions, and large-scale hospital events with branding and communication requirements.
/n
Create and review content for brochures, presentations, emailers, posters, and patient education materials.
/n
Ensure accurate representation of hospital services, doctors, specialties, and clinical outcomes in all communication.
/n
Work closely with PR and Digital Marketing teams to maintain brand alignment across media, social platforms, and public communication.
/n
Oversee internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, internal campaigns, employee engagement communication, and announcements.
/n
Monitor brand compliance across hospital premises including signage, wayfinding, uniforms, and patient-facing materials.
/n
Support crisis communication, patient communication, and reputation management initiatives when required.
