Job Summary
IT Audits and Access Management
Consultation & Auditing/Operational Support Workflows

Key Responsibilities
Provide Operational support to current access provisioning requirements
Provide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)
Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end users
Conduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess,



and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within workplace.
Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends , security vulnerabilities, and evolving infrastructure and security landscape.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
Able to work independently and flexible with shift timings
Use of tools such as spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfaces
Knowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantage
Should be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
Experience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology workplace (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds).
