We're Hiring | Associate Portfolio Manager

At SalarySe, we're looking for an Associate Portfolio Manager to own and drive portfolio growth, customer engagement, retention and profitability.

/n

This role is for someone who enjoys working with data, customers and business problems — and can turn insights into campaigns and strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

/n

What you'll work on:

/n

Drive portfolio growth and profitability through customer lifecycle strategies
/n
Own key metrics including activation, spends, engagement, retention, yield and revenue
/n
Build and execute engagement, reactivation and retention campaigns
/n
Analyse customer cohorts and behaviour to identify growth opportunities
/n
Work closely with Analytics, Product, Risk, Digital, Marketing, Operations and Partnerships
/n
Manage merchant, network and partnership-led offers to drive engagement and spends
/n
Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen product propositions
/n




Drive strategic initiatives from insight to execution
/n

/n

What we're looking for:

/n

2–3 years of experience with robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

/n

Fintech experience is preferred

/n

Robust cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders

/n

Ability to independently identify customer cohorts and build targeted strategies

/n

Experience launching regional, national or user-level campaigns

/n

Hands-on experience with CRM and engagement platforms such as CleverTap, Gupshup, etc.

/n

A robust understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement and portfolio metrics

/n
