NRole Purpose
nThe Portfolio Lead will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of programs and projects that drive business value and digital transformation. This role requires a blend of business acumen, program management discipline,



and a robust understanding of technologies. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals while maintaining compliance, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate and execute the program roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities. N
Align and follow governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical AI adoption, and transparency. N
Partner with Business, IT Partners and Technology teams in finalizing high-impact projects. N
Coordinate with Business, IT Partners and Evangelists to develop business cases, ROI models, and success metrics for initiatives. N
