Designation: General Manager – Accounts & Finance
Job Location: Fort, Maharashtra
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Accounts & Finance to independently supervise and manage the overall Accounts & Finance functions of the Group, including its companies, entities and Trusts. The role will involve Accounts Finalisation, Audit, Taxation, Banking, statutory compliance and coordination with the CMD/Directors and external specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and control the accounting functions of all Group companies, entities and Trusts.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper maintenance of books and financial records.
Handle preparation and finalisation of annual/final accounts as per applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS and Companies Act provisions.
Establish and maintain effective internal accounting controls, systems and procedures.
Identify financial and accounting risks and implement appropriate controls.
Oversee banking transactions, reconciliations and other banking-related activities.
