nJob Responsibilities:

Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Devices.n
Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customern
Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.n
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly setting, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer servicen
Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.n

nTechnical skills:

Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressuren
Should have valuable comprehensibility and understandability of what customers wantn
Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracyn
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN,



WAN Technologiesn
Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.n
