nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.n
Verify incoming invoices and supporting documents.n
Conduct random compliance checks for contract workers.n
Verify attendance and wage payments.n
Monitor payment of ESI, PF and other statutory contributions.n
Handle insurance, safety and company compliance activities.n




Ensure compliance with BoCW and applicable labour laws.n
Coordinate electricity payments and related administrative activities.n
Handle and coordinate inspections by statutory authorities.n
Interact and coordinate with the JLL team at the project/site level.n
Maintain proper records and documentation related to project compliance.n

nCANDIDATE CHECKLIST
n4+ years of relevant experience
nAny Degree
nStrong knowledge of ESI, PF & Labour Laws
nContract Labour Compliance experience
nGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat
nConstruction project experience preferred
nExperience interacting with external/statutory inspectors
nTamil – Native proficiency
nEnglish – Working proficiency
nHindi – Added Advantage
nPresentable with valuable communication skills
nCandidates residing within 5 km of the workplace preferred
nVehicle ownership – Added Advantage
