Qualification & Experience
/n
/n
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in SSE (Senior Section Engineer) or equivalent grade and above in the Civil/Electrical Engineering Department of Indian Railways; and/or
/n
Candidates with experience as SM (Station Master) / TI (Traffic Inspector) or equivalent grade and above in the Operating Department of Indian Railways.
/n
Candidates with relevant experience in Railway Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Field Supervision will be preferred.
/n

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
Supervise railway operations and ensure compliance with applicable railway safety rules, procedures, and operating standards.
/n
Monitor railway engineering and operational activities to ensure protected and productive execution.
/n
Conduct regular inspections of railway infrastructure and operational areas.
/n
Identify safety hazards,
operational risks, and non-compliances and ensure timely corrective actions.
/n
Coordinate with railway engineering, operating, maintenance, and project teams on safety and operational matters.
/n
Ensure compliance with approved railway procedures, instructions, and safety protocols.
/n
Monitor secure working practices during railway construction, maintenance, and operational activities.
/n
Support investigation and reporting of incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety-related observations.
/n
Maintain records of inspections, safety observations, incidents, and corrective actions.
/n
Conduct safety briefings and awareness sessions for personnel involved in railway activities.
/n
Coordinate with Railway Authorities and other stakeholders during inspections, audits, and operational activities.
/n
Prepare and submit periodic reports related to railway operations, safety, inspections, and compliance.
