nWe are looking for a fluent English-speaking Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon.
nThe candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with potential clients, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant information and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Make outbound calls to prospective clientsn
Communicate with clients professionally over the phonen
Understand client requirements and provide relevant informationn
Follow up with leads regularlyn
Maintain lead and calling recordsn
Coordinate with the internal team when requiredn




Support the team in generating and converting leadsn

Fluent spoken English is mandatoryn
Good Hindi communication skillsn
Explicit pronunciation and confident phone communicationn
Good interpersonal and convincing skillsn
Comfortable making outbound callsn
Basic computer knowledgen
Freshers can applyn
0 to 1 Year of telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferredn

nImportant
nCandidates with solid spoken English and confidence on calls will be preferred.
nA short telephonic communication round will be conducted as part of the selection process.
