Transparent Title Realty is looking for a confident, persuasive Telecaller to connect with the leads we generate regularly.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable speaking with potential property buyers, who understands how to build trust over the phone, and can effectively convert enquiries into qualified prospects and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with incoming real estate leads
Understand the buyer's requirements, budget, and preferred location
Explain suitable property options clearly and confidently
Build rapport and handle customer objections professionally
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
Maintain proper records of calls and lead status




Work towards lead conversion and appointment targets

What We're Looking For:
Robust communication and convincing skills
Confident personality with positive telephone etiquette
Excellent follow-up skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Previous experience in real estate calling, telesales, or lead conversion will be preferred
Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and English
