Job DescriptionDesignation: Operations Executive
NDepartment: Client Experience & Operations
NKey Roles & Responsibilities:

Proper space planning and EHS. N
Liaison with local municipality/corporation for any building related work, Licenses, Invoices and AMC N
Support in building operations and communication with all the relevant support teams to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction N
Solve member-related issues and manage member expectations N
Create MIS reports for all mandatory statutory compliance and AMC's N
Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager & parking. N
nSkills & Qualification Required:
N
n
Minimum Experience required – 3 years N
Robust knowledge of maintaining building facility N
Should have hands on experience on MEP N
nEngineering/ Technical degree or diploma.
